At Orli Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all jewellery remains unworn and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

Securely pack your items in their original Orli branded gift boxes and include the completed returns form inside the parcel.

Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal point, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.
